We deliver robust Environmental and Social Impact Baselines to ensure projects start with credible, science-based foundations.
Our approach combines spatial planning that integrates biodiversity priorities with innovative Nature-Based Solutions adapted to each context. We specialize in open-type agrivoltaic systems and agri-PV greenhouses under Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), maximizing synergies between food production and clean energy.
In parallel, we provide ESG advisory aligned with Omnibus directives, CSRD, and GRI frameworks, helping clients meet today’s rigorous sustainability standards.
Finally, we track and analyze emerging opportunities in the Biodiversity Credit Market to unlock additional nature-positive value streams for projects and investors.
Ecosystem Services and Biodiversity
We support the design of projects that integrate ecological infrastructures as dedicated compensation zones, safeguarding biodiversity and generating measurable ecosystem service benefits.
Abiotic impacts in Solar PV projects
Sheep grazing under solar panels can be a double-edged sword. While practical for vegetation control, it does not address key abiotic impacts like soil alteration — one of the biggest challenges in solar PV development.
Research shows that regenerative practices such as no-tillage, cover cropping, and better nutrient management can raise soil organic carbon (SOC) and improve soil health. Applied to solar sites, these methods boost carbon storage and make land use more resilient under and around arrays.
Water Management in Green Infrastructure Delivery
By integrating baseline studies and focusing on water as a key ecosystem service, water-smart project design tackles drought, erosion, and pollution while delivering lasting non-material benefits.
We align renewable energy finance with the value of ecosystem services and natural capital, turning sustainability into a real asset for every project — not only by monetizing carbon or biodiversity but by ensuring essential ecosystem services like water and soil health are preserved and enhanced over time.
We have the proven experience that solar investors demand, covering the full project cycle — from equity structuring and project finance to rigorous due diligence and stakeholder negotiations, always underpinned by robust baseline studies that assess environmental and social impacts and highlight opportunities for long-term non-material benefits.
We bridge the gap between Nature and Finance by translating Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) into clear, bankable value propositions for financial institutions and investors alike, demonstrating how regenerative practices — from improved water management to soil carbon strategies — add resilience and value beyond energy generation.
Likewise, we provide solar developers with the expertise and strategic support they need to unlock new value and accelerate truly nature-positive projects. We introduce NbS to landowners and farmers, deliver practical training in agrivoltaics for engineers and technical teams, and offer tailored strategic consulting for corporations seeking meaningful, measurable sustainability impact.
Our approach ensures that NbS development goes hand in hand with solar deployment — integrating water conservation, soil regeneration, and biodiversity corridors into every design, while supporting smart market entry in unregulated markets and cross-border investments that connect projects, people, and resilient landscapes

Where renewable energy meets ecosystem services and real community benefit.
In Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, we reimagined a utility-scale solar project as a catalyst for nature and people. Inspired by the legacy of César Manrique, our design integrates traditional architecture with creative, landscape-led solutions — harvesting scarce water, restoring native habitats, and transforming a barren site into a thriving naturalized garden.
But we go further: by embedding principles of social justice, Free, Prior and Informed Consent, and inclusiveness, the project is shaped with local communities, ensuring real benefits flow back to people and place.
This is clean energy done differently — climate action that restores landscapes, respects culture, and uplifts communities.
